Real Estate Transactions - Sales and Leases


Our attorneys represent local, national and international buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate throughout the state of Florida. We assist our clients in all facets of a real estate transaction, including the negotiation of terms; title insurance; correcting irregularities in documents; preparation of contracts, leases and mortgages; and representation at closing. Our Firm is an approved title agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance.


Civil Litigation & Appeals

We have more than 30 years of experience in State and Federal trial and appellate courts in a broad range of matters including disputes arising from business, banking and real estate contracts, land title questions, broker commission claims, property boundary issues, construction and other liens, foreclosures and foreclosure defense, creditors’ rights in bankruptcy, landlord/tenant relationships and decisions made by local government boards.
