FRANK T. PILOTTE

Frank T. Pilotte is a partner in the firm who practices primarily in the areas of estate planning; estate, trust and guardianship administration; taxation; probate and trust litigation; and real estate. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree and LL.M. degree in estate planning from the University of Miami. Mr. Pilotte is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association (Member: Estate and Probate CLE Committee; Probate & Guardianship Practice Committee; Guardianship Education Committee); the American Bar Association (Member: Taxation Section; Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section ; The Florida Bar (Member, Sections on: Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and Taxation; Probate Law and Procedure Committee; Power of Attorney and Advanced Directives Committee; Guardianship Law Committee; and Probate Litigation Committee; Past Chair of the Florida Bar Probate and Guardianship Rules Committee) and is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. JOHN HARRISON HOUGH

John Harrison Hough is a partner in the firm who concentrates his practice in several areas, including estate and trust administration and litigation; tax and estate planning; representation of public and private charities; and closely-held business. Many of Mr. Hough’s clients have come to him from across the country and include the representation of shareholders of large public and private companies. He received his BSE degree from Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University.
